Wholesale Information

Gluten Free Gem offers wholesale prices for local businesses in and around the Portland area. We offer multiple deliveries each week and low pastry minimums on each order. We recently extended our dessert offerings for wholesale accounts to include whole cakes, cupcakes, and other specialty desserts.

A delivery fee is charged per delivery based on distance and frequency. We are happy to work with you to put together a delivery schedule that meets your needs. We can also work with you to create items that are free of other allergens.

Because of cross-contamination issues we wrap all our pastries at our 100% gluten-free facility. Many people on a gluten-free diet are sensitive to even small amounts of gluten.

Gem's Color-Coded Labels have made it even easier for customers to find the product that will fit their dietary needs. All our products are color-coded to make the customers shopping experience even easier. Blue labels are for our standard gluten free items, red is for our gluten free and dairy free items, and green is for our gluten free and vegan items
